Instant Article Templates – 3 Reasons Why MOST Article Templates Do Not Help You Write Articles Fast
Instant article writing templates such as those found at StartWritingArticlesFaster.com can help you overcome writer’s block. In many cases, with the right article templates, you can write your articles in 30 minutes or less.
Notice the keywords there – “with the right article templates.”
If you do a Google search for “instant article writing templates”, “instant article templates”, “article writing templates”, “free article templates” and “article templates”— underneath my websites and my articles you find hundreds of other resources. Some sites even give you free article templates.
Heck, I even give you 3 free article templates at http://www.TryMyFreeArticleTemplates.com
Here’s the problem…most article templates are not designed to help you write better articles faster. Now, the creators of these article templates had good intentions. However, if you use the wrong article templates, you will find yourself even more confused.
The 3 Biggest Problems with Most Instant Article Writing Templates
1. Most article templates do not give you the structure and organization you need. In fact, here’s a sampling of what one article template provider offers…
Article Writing Template – What I Learned From….
This one is simply a bulleted list of what you have learned from any number of things or events such as what I learned from my parents, my sister, my brother, my son, my daughter, from my third grade teacher, from September 11th, from watching a TV show, etc.
Bullet 1-
Bullet 2-
Bullet 3-
And, so on…
Now, to me this is not a workable template. Templates are supposed to be worksheets that guide you throughout the process. For example, I put my “Instant Article Writing Templates” in MS Word format. Each template is in chart format. All you have to do is put the information that’s in your head and put it exactly where I ask you to. Once the template is complete, all you have to do is copy each section and paste it into a new document – and you’ll have a finished article.
2. Most article templates don’t keep you, the article writer, focused. If I don’t use my article templates, I find myself rambling, going from one topic to another. And, I’m the article writing and article marketing expert. When you have a workable template that provides you with structure and organization, your copy will automatically become more focused. It becomes an easier, better read for your readers. However, most templates like the example I showed you above do not give you a structure and organization to follow. And, they allow you to bounce from one idea to another without any kind of transition.
3. Most article template resources do not provide real article examples from a wide number of industries. If there are any article examples provided along with the article templates, you’ll just find articles that the creator wrote. So, you’ll just find Internet marketing articles that promote the creator’s other products and services. You want to look for article resources that provide actual article examples of those in your niche. For example, in my Instant Article Writing Templates Kit, I not only share with you some of my own articles, but I share with articles that are written by my clients who are authors, speakers and entrepreneurs dealing with a wide number of business, finance, relationship and parenting issues.
Again, I do not mean to mock or offend those in my industry. I just want to help you write your articles faster. Now, that you aware of the problems that most instant article writing templates have – you can choose wisely.

Instant Article Templates – 3 Reasons Why MOST Article Templates Do Not Help You Write Articles Fast
Read more from the original source:
Having worked with a large number of small business owners, one common mistake I see over and over again is the obscene amounts of money they throw away on advertising. Many of them believe the more money they spend, the more business it will bring.
WRONG!!! WRONG!!! WRONG!!!
The main reason traditional marketing doesn’t work is the small business owner doesn’t really know much about marketing, and relies on the salesman of the marketing media to tell them what they need. The problem is they use the “trust me” method which is: “Give me your money, I’ll run your ad and trust me; the leads/money will come rolling in”. But they seldom do.
So what’s a new entrepreneur to do?
It’s simple!!! Write articles.
Writing articles is an excellent way for you to get free publicity. Getting an article published is free and some publications even pay for your contributions. The publicity you receive by having your article published in a newspaper, magazine or website can be worth thousands of dollars in equivalent advertising space. Well written articles yield better results than advertisements and earn you respect from customers, who see you as an expert in your field.
So what exactly is an article???
An article is a short piece of information that aims to educate and inform people about something, which they may be interested in. They are usually between 500 and 3,500 words long and guess what……. you are reading one right now. That’s right, I have written this article because of my passion to share the idea that expensive advertising is probably not the best way to market yourself and get more business.
By writing and distributing these articles you are sharing information, which displays your expertise and gains you trust and credibility. No amount of advertising can gain you either trust or credibility. So let’s look at this concept of writing and distributing articles as a form of free publicity. The best articles are ‘tips’ or expert pieces. People are looking for guidance and will purchase from experts who show them how to solve their problems.
Structuring Your Article
Your article should include the following elements:
(a) The Headline
This should be attention grabbing and use power words and phrases, such as “How to …” “10 Ways that …”, “Do you want to …?”
(b) Lead Paragraph
The first couple of sentences tell your readers why they should read the whole article. Show them the benefits they will gain, or the pain that they will avoid, by reading the article.
(c) Body Copy
This is where you inform the reader how to do something that will enrich their business or personal lives. Use short sentences and provide step-by-step directions that they can easily follow.
(d) Conclusion
At the end you want to summarise the topics you’ve covered and briefly review the main points. Since you have helped your readers they will most likely want to know more. This is your chance to make your sell by making them an offer with a ‘call to action’ such as ‘mention this article and receive a 10% discount off orders placed before June 30th.”.
(e) Resource Box
A resource box provides the reader with information on your company and includes the following information:
- Your name
- Company name
- Contact information
- Website details
- How to order your product, etc
Journalist, marketer and public relations specialist Madisen Harper has three top tips for clients writing their own articles:
- What are the questions you hear most often from customers? Write an article to address these queries. Remember to provide valuable information; articles that sound like one big ad for your company rarely get published.
- Write with the ’st’ factor in mind. Tell readers about the latest, greatest, first, most, newest, quickest, best etc. Publications want fresh, new information, so where possible show them the ’st’ factor with the ‘latest technique’, ‘newest technology’ or ‘10 best solutions for…’.
- Edit, edit and edit again. As a professional writer, Belinda constantly re-writes and re-works her words. Ask someone to read your article and they’ll often spot errors you miss because they’re reading from a new perspective. If you want to double-check that your sentences make sense – read your article, sentence-by-sentence, from the bottom up. You’ll be amazed what you pick up when you’re not caught up in the flow of the story.
Topics to Target
There are thousands of problems people need solved, so the number of solution-focused topics is endless. If you’re stuck, here are some ideas to get you started.:

Once your article is written you will need to submit it to various publications on-line and in printed publications. For a listing of Australian printed publications, including the editor’s details, you may wish to buy “The Australian Writer’s Marketplace”, available from most bookshops.
If you don’t have a lot of time to submit your articles manually, you may wish to consider using article submission services by companies such as: Submit Your Article or The Phantom Writers.
For a small fee they will submit your article to thousands of on-line publications, also known as ezines.
Remember, article writing is far more powerful than any advertising you will do. It will prove to your customers you know your business and best of all, it won’t cost you a cent! So don’t be afraid to try it … what have you got to lose?

How To Get Free Super Powerful Publicity for your Business
Here is the original post:
How To Get Free Super Powerful Publicity for your Business
I am a natural born writer, so writing has always come easy to me. But, when I had to start writing articles everyday for my blog, for my newsletter and for article submission – I quickly ran out of article topics.
Then one day as I was reviewing all of my articles, I realized that there was a structure and a formula behind each article I wrote. By recognizing these formulas I’m able to write an unlimited amount of articles – and write them in record time.
If you want to overcome writer’s block and start writing articles faster, then you want to model proven article writing formats, such as those found in my “Complete Instant Article Writing Templates Kit”
Here Are 10 Different Article Writing Templates That Will Help You Overcome Writer’s Block So You Can Write Articles Faster…
1. Myth Buster Article Template — With this template, you crush your prospects’ preconceived thoughts and notions about a subject. Take 3 myths people have about your industry. Explain to people why it’s a myth. And, then show them what can happen if they clear this myth from their mind.
2. Top 10 Article Template – Have you ever seen a Jay Leno, David Letterman or any other late night television show that doesn’t have a “Top 10″ segment? Well, neither have I! It’s because people love top 10 lists. So give readers and prospects what they want.
3. How-To Article Template – It’s no secret that “how-to” articles and blog posts are some of the most sought after, linked to and bookmarked content online. People want useful information and they’ll reward you by promoting it to others when you provide it. It’s also one of the easiest articles to write.
4. Step-by-Step Article Template – If you think writing a how-to article is easy especially if you’re using article templates, then you’ll think the step-by-step article template is a cinch. In how-to articles I start off with the problem or pain that my prospects are experiencing. Then I give them a solution and end with the results. In a step-by-step article, I like to sell the dream. I want to instantly connect with my prospects’ desires, wishes and needs. So, I explain the results up front that can happen if you follow my advice that I give in the article.
5. Quiz Article Template – Why do you think magazines publish quizzes all the time? Why do you think the quizzes you find on Facebook are so popular? It’s because people love taking quizzes, unless it’s a pop quiz in school. So, why not use a quiz format for your articles that will enable you to do a soft, pre-sell for your products and services. When readers answer “NO” to your questions, you’re implanting thoughts of “Maybe, we should be doing this.”
6. 3 Mistakes Article Template – When you mention mistakes within your title and throughout your article, you will automatically grab attention. People will think in their minds, “Am I doing this right? I better find out!”
7. The Why Article Template – How-to articles are great. And, as I said before, it’s the most popular article template. But sometimes, when you give too much of the “HOW,” you give prospects no reason to go to your website for more information. So, why not write an article that focuses on the “WHY” and give prospects a reason to visit your website and join your list.
8. Differentiate Yourself Article Template – This template helped Article Marketing Experts make more than 10,000.00 in less than 2 months. I created an article entitled “How to Choose an Article Submission Service.” Within this article, I created 10 questions that prospects should ask. Now these questions were designed to show everything that my service includes that no one else offers. It educated prospects and at the same time, it pre-sold my article submission services.
9. Failure to Success Article Template – Did you ever notice how speakers (especially those who sell from the stage) would always tell you about their hardships? Why do speakers do this? Because we want you to connect with us. We want to show you that if we can achieve success, so can you. By opening up and revealing your failures or your scars, you add realness to your written words. People will look up to you and they will want your guidance.
10. What I Learned From Article Template — Through my years as the article marketing expert, I’ve learned that I can connect almost anything – no matter how unrelated it may seem – to various secrets that I teach my clients, subscribers and readers. For example, I’ve written articles such as “7 Article Marketing Lessons I Learned From Being a Martial Arts Champion,” 3 Lessons I Learned From the Mother of a Fearless PR LEADER,” and “5 Relationship Building Lessons I Learned From My Parents.”
These templates are guaranteed to help you write articles faster. In many cases, you’ll be able to write your articles in 30 minutes or less. %%10 Article Templates to Overcome Writer’s Block Fast So You Can Write Your Articles in 30 Minutes%%
10 Article Templates to Overcome Writer’s Block Fast So You Can Write Your Articles in 30 Minutes
I have always tended to stay away from writing short 400 to 500 word articles. But now I’m seeing that there are some perks to writing short, snappy, get to the point fast articles.
The Perks of Writing a Shorter Article
- Writing shorter articles can help you get out of a writing slump faster
- Shorter articles make it easier for a reader to glean information from them and then go directly to your website for more.
- Shorter articles force you to mercilessly edit your content and trim superfluous words.
- Shorter articles can be written fast especially if you’re using my Instant Article Writing Templates at StartWritingArticlesFaster.com
Now, there is definitely a right and wrong way to write a short article.
Do it correctly, and you’ll have a quality article that readers and publishers appreciate even though it’s shorter.
Do it incorrectly, and the article will look like it was created with the sole intention of gaining a back-link. This is not the way to win the hearts of publishers or readers.
So, what is the RIGHT way to write a shorter article?
The RIGHT Way to Write a Shorter Article
1. Use a word count limit.
For a ‘short and snappy’ article, think 400-500 words.
2. Stay focused.
When writing articles, most article marketers wind up going in a tangent. There are times that I have to stop myself and focus on “what is the main thing that I want to get across to my readers today.” I then start cutting anything outside those boundaries.
3. Think of your article as an appetizer, and your website is the main course.
Yes, you want to wow your readers with great information. But, you also want to leave them wanting more. Do NOT feel the urge to give away all of your secrets.
If you give a reader a tasting of information that appeals to them, then they will be more likely to seek out more info from you by clicking your website link in the bio box
4. Use article writing templates. You want to model proven article writing formats, such as those found in my Instant Article Writing Templates Kit. These templates will help you provide organization and structure to your articles. You can get 3 of my favorite article writing templates at http://www.TryMyFreeArticleTemplates.com
5. Edit ruthlessly.
With my shorter articles, I’m less conversational and more “just the facts, ma’am.” I trim any sentences/phrases/words that re-state what I’ve already covered..
I watch my word choice closely and challenge myself to get my point across in fewer words.
6. Be sure you have meat.
Remember, short does not mean frivolous. When you write shorter articles it means that the article is more hard hitting and to the point.
Follow these tips and you will write short, yet powerful, high-value, informational articles that will entice readers to want more information from you.
Now, do you want more information from me?

%%How to Write Short Articles Fast – The Right Way%%
Do you ever find yourself staring at a blank screen or a blank sheet of paper when you’re supposed to be writing articles for your blog, for your ezine or newsletter and for article submission so you can promote your books, products or services?
How would you like to find ways to tap into a limitless supply of article ideas?
Yes, our imaginations run thin every now and then, and no, it isn’t easy to come up with article ideas sometimes. But, I promise you that there are ways to tap into a limitless supply of article ideas. No matter what your expertise lies in, you can always generate new and interesting ideas for articles IF you follow these guidelines…
5 Ways to Never Run Out of Article Ideas
1) Get inspiration from magazines covers.
Find a magazine that is as close as you can get to your niche and look at the titles on the magazine cover. Look at the titles that jump out at you and make you say, “That looks like it would be a good article–I want to read that!”
Many times you can bounce an article off of a title you see on a magazine cover. Can you convert that title to apply to something in your specific niche?
Now, notice I’m saying, “find a magazine that is somewhat in your niche.” Many of us have websites that are in niches that do not have their own magazines. For example, there is no magazine that I know of about Article Marketing.
But I sashay a short distance from my specific niche and look in related niches, such as Writing, Creativity, Productivity, and possibly even SEO. These are all issues that lie at the heart of article marketing, so they work as inspiration launching pads.
2) Don’t forget about the newbies.
When we’re writing on our area of expertise, sometimes we can overlook the obvious. We want to write helpful, educational articles, and our minds quite often go to topics that are more advanced.
Have you ever considered that someone reading your article might not even understand the basics of what you’re talking about?
I have to remind myself of this all the time–not everyone knows what article marketing is, and not everyone even knows the reasons why it’s a popular online marketing tool.
Could the same thing be true in your niche?
Think about it–although our articles are not sales oriented or promotional in any way, when we educate our readers on some aspect of our niche, we are increasing the likelihood that they will one day be our customers.
So, don’t forget about the newbies who are in your target market but aren’t knowledgeable about what you do. Try to think back to questions you had when you were first starting out. Think about what confused you. Think about the very basic things that you wish someone had explained to you before you became the expert.
3) Think about: “What are the 10 questions that my customers (or potential customers) most frequently ask me?”
Write those questions down and address each one of them in a separate article.
By completing this writing exercise, you’re letting your target market tell you what to write about. This makes perfect sense since you’re trying to appeal to them anyway.
4) Use template titles and fill in the blanks.
Here are some of mine:
- 10 Great Reasons Why ____
- How To ____ in 7 Easy Steps
- 3 Secret Tricks For _____
- How To Conquer ______
- The Top 10 Mistakes People Make When ____
- Reader Question: “[insert question here]“
You may notice that these titles are all List articles (any article that has a 1,2,3 etc list in it), How-To articles, and Question articles (articles that answer a question that is stated in the title).
These are my go-to article topic stimulators. Just seeing the format for the title gets the wheels of my brain moving (which helps creativity!)
Try filling in the blanks for the template titles listed above, and I bet you can come up with a compelling title to base a new article on.
5) Use Instant Article Writing Templates
You want to model proven article writing formats, such as those found in my Instant Article Writing Templates Kit. I did the hard work for you and identified more than 40 different formulas that will help you write your articles in 30 minutes or less – even if you think you can’t write articles.
